In your initial session, we create an action plan to attack your stress.  You get to try out several science-based StressLess Tools, see what works for you, and build from there.

Follow-up sessions review what's worked, tweak what didn't, try more tools, and keep building.  Create new habits and a sustainable plan that will help you for the rest of your life.
