This unique one-on-one coaching program provides you with science-based resources that specifically address your stress management needs.

In your initial session, we create an action plan to reduce your stress.  You get to try out several science-based StressLess Tools, see what works for you, and build from there. All with the help of your coach - me!

For 6 years I have spent hundreds of hours helping people manage their stress! I offer much more than just meditation and breathing techniques. I’m a huge nerd and I’ve researched the latest stress management techniques -
use my nerdiness to help you manage your stress.

Follow-up sessions review what's worked, tweak what didn't, try more tools, and keep building.  Create new habits and a sustainable plan that will help you for the rest of your life.

The goal of StressLess Coaching is not to give you a quick fix (although that’s certainly included), it’s to give you a path to lasting changes that are integrated into your life….and LESS STRESS.
